So I called Expedia today to cancel a trip I won’t be able to make and this company was masquerading as Expedia.com. They had all the right information of what I booked to seem as I was on the phone with the right people. Even had the last 4 digits of the card on file. They sent me verification codes as Expedia and asked me for all types of information. I was so anxious to get the trip cancelled as it was a substantial cost that I gave them whatever they needed except they asked me for a picture ID and CC info for a 2200 payment in order to get a refund which I thought was odd. So I hung up on them and they harassed me called me a multitude of times so I finally picked up and told them I do not consent to what they were doing and to stop calling me. The man on the phone kept trying to get me to say “I consent” absolutel scam stay away from this phishing company cause that’s all it is! Expedia needs to do better and have a direct line to call!

BEWARE FRAUD My mother made the mistake of thinking this company works with Expedia and made the mistake of trusting them. They charged my mom’s card and did not issue a cancellation after my mom asked for a cancellation. They refused to cancel the charge and then their true colours showed after I claimed them fraud (their agent used wrong grammar, spelling mistakes, and wrong capitalization). PLEASE AVOID!

SHAM ALERT!! SHAM SHAM SHAAAAM!!!!! We somehow got routed to this shamtastic agency when we thought we were working with Expedia. If you WANT to get EVERY aspect of your flight tickets COMPLETELY wrong... if you want non-refundable tickets when you've asked repeatedly for refundable tickets... if you want to be charged extra for EACH checked bag when you've asked repeatedly for a flight ticket that includes checked bags..... if you want the most SHAMTASTIC "trip insurance" charged extra to you in case your trip changes due to an emergency, and if you ENJOY wasting hours upon hours upon hours on the phone with someone you barely understand, but who tells you over and over again, "No WORRIES" when you repeat your needs for each ticket and for insurance in NO uncertain terms, only for the agent (Elle, in our case) to get EVERY SINGLE aspect of your request wrong in the end, then THIS IS THE TRAVEL AGENCY FOR YOU! "Elle" (who very well honestly might have been on the job for her first day) spent a ton of time booking tickets for us that were the exact opposite of literally EVERYTHING we requested. She worked hard... she was on the phone with us for literally HOURS, (come to find out) booking everything we DIDN'T want. ...and, in the end, my husband never even got a ticket number for his portion of the flight. This travel agency's motto must be, "Failure: It's the ONLY option"! They're either scam artists, or they have NO idea what they're doing. ......it's one of the two. Maybe BOTH. The only thing NOT shocking was that there was a one star rating for this agency. CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS. PLEASE. CLOSE IT.

👎👎👎👎They scammed me, made me believe they were part of Expedia this makes Expedia get bad reputation, am trying to work on a dispute.

I few days ago I tried to make changes of my Expedia reservation, when I called Expedia some how I ended up with this company that charged me and extra fee on my card that never paid to the original reservation, I'm trying to Dispute the charges with my credit card company, defenetely advice to avoid this company SPEED TRIP AND TOUR, RENTON WA.
