I really like flying out of STL Terminal 2 with Southwest Airlines. The terminal is big, clean, and well-maintained. There are plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from while you wait. I especially appreciate the charming charging stations built into the chairs—they actually work and make a big difference. The bathrooms were also clean and easy to find. Overall, a comfortable and efficient airport experience!

My requested wheelchair assist was there when I deplaned and I easily got to my connecting gate with plenty of time to spare. The Southwest terminal has a good selection of food and drinks. The agent at my departure gate did a great job shooting to be heard with no functioning overhead speaker. Overall I'm pleased with my experience here.

I was on an early flight out. Not crowded at all. I got through TSA quickly. Bring a book to read or you could drain the battery on your phone during the wait.

Having lived here, I have a fondness for the airport too. How many places have a Ted Drewes Frozen Custard machine? Well worth the $7 (now). There are a lot of bars and bagel places with very few real dining options. A nice facility to fly through. Needs more rocking chairs and space. The gates and hallways are usually packed and no fun to wade through.

Visited the STL airport while in town for client meetings. I flew into the SouthWest Terminal which is Terminal 2. Don’t be confused between each terminal. St Louis is a Southwest hub. The airport is fairly easy to navigate through but the lines and traffic congestion can get a bit hectic. Be patient and travel with care. TSA WAS PRETTY FRIED LY AND THE BATHROOMS AT THIS PLAVE ARE CLEAN. There is not a lot of great places to eat but you can find a Shake Shack or little store to get some snacks. All the rental car and airports are off site so allow time for you to get to and from the airport if you have a rental. See you next year STL.
