I have been a fan of SWA for over 30 years and I fell in love with them more after seeing this sign out of ICT. Who knew ICT was so diverse and inclusive. The Boeing 737 Max 8 is a wonderful experience and a great add to the line up. See you folks soon.

Not even worth a star! I drove to airport to find out if I was scammed. I was and there were 6 more umbrella departments under that one. The front desk was so friendly, I said I was going on cruise I needed tickets as soon as possible to LAX as I currently missed the one they booked me at the counter. They cancelled it right after I bought it! No email no call Nothing they gave me my money back right away but no call or email. When I showed up no ticket to LAX all booked. No apologies just excuse of what happened. I went to every desk American, United none even phone reservations couldn’t find a flight to LAX! My husband got one at home for My daughter and I it was 3 flights 1 7 hr layover but we made it on 3 hrs sleep. So never give up but look better and double check you are on legit website! I thought I was the scammers are good! But not anymore! Not good customer service southwest screwed up my vacation and I even made it at the counter at the airport!!! United or American from now on!

Booked a flight on Cheap Fare Gurus and the flight is with Southwest Airlines. My flight wasn't cancelled, but I needed to add my dog to my flight. It says to call Southwest so I called the 1-800 number and was put on hold for 6.75 hours. Six hours and 45 minutes I was on hold and I gave up. This airline deserves to go under. Lousy operation. Major screw ups. No customer service to speak of. American Airlines is where I should have gone in the first place. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to.

Only my 2nd time flying and the last time was 16 years ago. Crew did a great job, and we got to our destinations safely!
