I do not like the price increase. But with a swa cc it is a minimal amount. Paying for seats is so extra. Staff is still friendly and flights leave as scheduled just have to book on they card.

Too many changes to fly them like I used too. Actually tried Frontier and have flown them on 5 trips that would have been on Southwest. Delays and older planes that aren't clean anymore. Southwest ruined a good thing.

CLE to LV and back were smooth rides. I look forward to the upcoming change to assigned seating.

Weather delays and long TSA lines but connecting flights we're too bad. A bit cramped in the seats and we wished they had assigned seats.

We flew straight through from Cleveland to Vegas & back on Southwest Air, & it couldn't have been a better, more comfortable trip! I'm in my own wheelchair & the staff made it easy & very comfortable to fly!!
