This airport was spotlessly clean throughout, which made for a really comfortable experience. Beyond that, every member of the staff I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. It definitely made my travel day much more enjoyable.

Haley at the check-in desk was a great help! I was having a terrible morning, and she made my check-in so much easier. I appreciate her so much and will definitely keep choosing Southwest because of her.

This is probably the second time I’ve flown Southwest out of Ontario Airport, and funny enough, both times the flights were delayed. But big props to Southwest for still getting me to my destination, even during the government shutdown. Originally, our flight was supposed to leave at 6 am with a stop in Dallas and then finally arrive in Savannah around 3 pm. We ended up taking off around 9 am with a long layover in Nashville, and finally landed around 11:30 pm or later. It was a bit inconvenient because we lost a whole day, plus Avis (check out my review for them) had no cars available when we arrived — major bummer. That said, I do enjoy Southwest’s pretzels and Oreos, and the flight attendants were super kind and friendly. Despite the delays, they made the flight a bit more bearable.

First flight the plane was old but the second flight was amazing they had newly improved seats with headrest free drinks 2 rounds at least snacks well thought of and they had Chargers on the seats with USB slots which is what everybody dreams for on the airplane had a great time!

I've had the pleasure of flying this Airline for the past 17 years. I've been with them through boarding a, B and C where you were just put your bags down and hope you got on the flight. The airline itself has come a long way. The one thing they have stayed consistent with is there excellent customer service. This past winter 2022 the airline experience some technical difficulties which cause delays across the country. Within 2 weeks they had it cleaned up all flights were rescheduled and refunds were granted. Additionally, they took extra steps to make sure that A-list members were given the same credentials that should have been given in the previous year. This really is a top-notch airline and would fly them any day and I'm thankful I chose them almost two decades ago. When flying #FLYSWA

Have traveled quite a few times this year with Southwest and I am very pleased with their prices, service and overall experience!

My momma said everyone was so helpful and kind. She was very happy and well taken care of. My momma has Multiple Sclerosis and needs assistance walking and with wheelchair use.
