Southwest Airlines is a budget-friendly airline, good customer service, and friendly staff. There is no assigned seating—you choose your seat after boarding. Wi-Fi is available but sometimes slow. Overall, it is a good choice.

Great service. Great staff. There was a snow storm in New York before the departure and return flights but the flight was very smooth. I didn't feel any turbulence. I felt very safe.

Been on worse. Would have given 5 but the fact I paid decent money for a ticket and they dont even give you the entire can of soda 💀 staff friendly - clean plane

Terminal B and Southwest may be the best way to get out of NYC for a fun holiday 😁 Dont forget to check out the million dollar watershow while.you pass through.😄

Been sitting at the gate for 6 hrs without any communication from any employee, only the app shows me any updates ,and it's telling me I will have to sit here for another 3 hrs. no one is offering any of the federally mandated vouchers for hotels, food or other modes of transportation. Just a refund. They claim it's weather. But all other planes are leaving. This is clearly an issue the airline is having wich means they have to at least cover hotels and food. What can a regular person do except suffer. I'm on my way home after vacation and as a veteran I have very limited funds. I'm sure I'm not the only one with the same problem here.
