We had tickets to fly out at 930pm. They changed it to the next morning then to 700pm. They changed it to 7pm at 630pm. When we get to the airport customer service was extremely rude, telling us that we need to be hours early of course. Everyone knows this but its hard to do that when they give you 30 mins heads up. Not to mention the original flight was at 930pm. So our vacation to Vegas was trashed. They had no intention of helping in anyway. Blaming the change of times on weather. There was no weather on the radar. I will never fly this shitty airline again.

Great service. Our flight was 3.5 hrs vs 2 hrs in air due to a storm. Although unexpected, I appreciated a smooth, safer flight vs a rocky and turbulent one just to make it on time.

Comfortable, clean and nice staff in San Antonio. The flight was so empty they gave my son and daughter a whole bag of pretzels each for the flight to Nashville. Wifi was pricey as usual. We departed on time and arrived early. Great service.

Excellent Flight Experience β With Great Customer Service Recovery I recently flew with Southwest Airlines to Las Vegas and had a great experience overall. The flight was smooth, the cabin crew was friendly and attentive, and the pilots were very professional β everything felt safe and well-coordinated from start to finish. Although my luggage was misplaced upon arrival, Southwest quickly resolved the issue by locating it and personally delivering it to my hotel. That kind of follow-through really stood out and showed they care about their passengers. Despite the hiccup, their excellent customer service and how well the flight itself went definitely earned a 5-star review from me. Iβd gladly fly with them again.
