Sept 2025 It's an airport - you catch a plane. Not hard. I fly in and out went few months - never any issues. Now, for those locals who only visit occasionally, some changes have been made - to the parking and interior. No problem if you're just driving up to pick up or drop off, but parking has changed. There is a Quick and Easy lot straight ahead as you approach the actual billing. This is a MINIMUM of 12 hours @ $11.99 - you pay with a QR code. Short term has moved ... Maybe the Google Maps have updated, them, so either check ahead of time or leave a few minutes early as parking is not easy at any rate. Not much change once you really in the front the doors, but up stairs is remodeled. That long, empty hallway now has some cool chairs to wait in ! Very colorful !! I'll update the terminals in a few days... Our little airport is growing and expanding !

Found less than my expectations. .. restroom Are not much clean. Did not find place to charge phone in Checking counter area.. Art display at wall is impressive

Airport is good, artistic improvements. Why 1 Star? Parking is always a challenge. And now some genius approved a new parking system in the $11 per day lot that is guaranteed to scam patrons of their hard earned cash. After about 17 clicks, they expect you to calculate how many hours you will need. Entering start and end time would be logical you think? Not for this genius parking system. Good job genius.

The airport wasn't crowded at all, which could explain why everone was so cheerful. Not to say they wouldn't have been so if the airport was crowded. It was nice to be greeted with smiles and we'll wishes. I think that it's so easy and we can't wait to report when others are having a bad day or for what ever reason don't treat us like we assume we should be treated. But how often do we report when someone just made our day a little better with a genuine greeting. So to the person's working at the Shreveport airport on a early morning shift thanks you all for being polite and making my day to having a great start. Everyone gets an A+

Wow, what an airport. Tons of art, tons of colors and very clean. My first time being in this airport I am very, very impressed.

For such a small airport, this is very well designed. Seating is very new and clean, good selection of restaurants, nice artwork.

I love how efficient this little airport is. No lines... walk right onto your flight... can't beat it. Newly added restaurants and coffee past security so you can grab a bite before you fly... only $10/ day to park. Skip the traffic and long commute to the big city airports. It's well worth it.
