This is an exceptional Sheltair facility. The staff is super friendly BUT I wish Sheltair would eliminate the traffic cones on the ramp. They’re traffic cones; not aviation cones! It is a great facility to spend the day waiting. With a well equipped gym, Sauna, and Hot showers it just makes the pilot life easier, except for the frustrating cones. Great pilot lounge, coffee, recliners, and crew cars. No complaints EXCEPT for the cones (2 star hit) you would have been 5-stars.

New little cafe inside the newly remodeled FBO, they treat you like a princess! I loved it

If you can skip the big airlines and the crowded terminals, do it! The private terminal is the way to go, and Sheltair is in the process of upgrading and swankifying its terminal here at FLL. Plenty of easy parking, no need to arrive too early, no long lines or security hassles. They even have a small duty free shop here.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. I fly Tropic Ocean quite a bit and they fly from here. Good parking, hassle free.
