In an attempt to have one last summer getaway before the school year started, I reached out to Stephanie from Sette, who I met through many of her other lifestyle offerings from cooking classes to children's dance. She couldn't have been more prompt in contacting her hotel partners and responding to my emails. We ended up reserving a luxury hotel on the beach in Asbury Park, NJ, and she was able to procure a rate that was even better than the pre-pay/no refund option online. A few days before our departure, the unthinkable happened and a dear friend passed away in a tragic accident. In my fog and confusion over how to navigate the next few days, Stephanie was there for me every step of the way, contacting the hotel to understand options and waiting on standby for our decision on whether to proceed with the trip. Thankfully, the arrangements were timed so that we could continue with our trip and it was exactly what we needed after a tough few days. Our room was upgraded two levels upon arrival, and we were offered complimentary drink tokens. The property itself was magnificent - one of the best I've visited - and having now stayed at two different hotels that Sette partners with, I can attest to Sette only recommending the absolute best. I will not hesitate to work with them for my next trip and I suggest you do the same!

My friend and I worked with Sette Travel for our recent trip to Greece (Athens, Santorini, Crete), and WOW, we were truly blown away! I'll admit that we were slightly skeptical about the concept of using a travel agency because neither of us had ever experienced it before ("aren't travel agencies only for 'seniors travel'?") - consider that myth debunked! We decided to use Sette because we knew that without help planning our trip, we would keep letting work and other excuses prevent us from committing. Sette did everything from recommending flights, to coordinating all our hotels, intra-Greece travel, airport pickups, tours, tour pickups/dropoffs, restaurant reservations, etc. Absolutely everything! They also helped us navigate the ever-changing COVID travel landscape. We felt like VIPs throughout our entire vacation. Every hotel was beautiful, clean, amazing amenities, and treated us like VIP guests. We were upgraded to the most incredible suite in Santorini, which had our very own private plunge pool! Sette also coordinated all of our tours and activities. Every activity and tour was perfectly planned for us - we love to be very active and on the go - but it was never "too much". They really helped us find the perfect balance of relaxing and adventure. We definitely would not have had this incredible vacation, all within our budget, without using Sette. I will definitely be a repeat client!
