Martin helped us plan a two week trip to South Africa while COVID restrictions made any international travel especially challenging. He was a great help in advising the most important elements to our trip and arranging travel for our visit to Cape Town as well as the bush veld. Part of our planning included a spreadsheet that helped keep track of where we were going when. Overall, a highly personalized experience. And what a great trip!

Our trip to Positano was absolutely the most amazing trip of our lifetime. Villa Franca was the perfect choice for us and we fell in love with the location and the staff. I booked a trip with the agent and there were NO good recommendations. He has also suggested me to go to the dodgiest places in NY and I have also been robbed in the hotel he booked for me. Again, the hotel he booked for me, before this one, it didn't exist and he didn't give me a refund. Last but not least, I got intoxicated in the restaurant he suggested to me in NJ. Every places he recommended to me was a touristy and expensive place (he probably get a commission on my booking so he doesn't care about the customer satisfaction). Every time I tried to contact him, he disappeared with no reply at all. Stay away and ask for a refund to the worst travel agent ever!!!
