No place to charge phone on this bus. Could hear the bus driver when he spoke, he didn't even try to project his voice. I asked if there was time to use the rest room at one stop. He said no, so I told him the restroom on the bus was out of toilet paper. He said he'd check and see if he had more. He didn't. No tip for this driver. Really disappointed with the experience today.

July 4th Ogden Utah exit 343 30 minutes late??!! Not dependable for the cost, should discount price every 10 minutes late. There is no accountability to be on time.

I have been riding this shuttle twice a week for months now. Before I start ranting ... I have looked past a couple of things.... 1. They have some relationship with Greyhound. They pick up Greyhound passengers coming from Los Angeles up through Utah. I do not recommend the shuttle to/from Las Vegas - you will be crammed in a small shuttle bus with transient people. Bring your nose plugs, and be prepared to literally rub up against people after climbing over them. 2. Watch for bugs. On one trip I ended up with bites all over my legs and arms. I didn't complain, but went through bed bug precautions for weeks. Now the rant…This week I parked my car at the Trax station lot in Provo and waited for over 30 minutes for the bus (not unusual). In the past I have walked across the street and stood on the sidewalk, but learned they are usually late, so I wait in my car. I tracked the bus on their website, and as I watched him come around the corner, I got out of my car, grabbed my bags and started walking to the street. AND THEN I WATCHED THEM DRIVE AWAY!!! I called the office and said if he can't turn around, he can stop in Nephi and I will catch up to him. NOPE! The agent on the phone said she could give me refund IF her manager approved it. I said the manager needs to call me... Didn’t happen. And my weekend at home was not going to happen. I got a refund, but no apology or a hint of concern. If you want to be on that bus you have to stand on that sidewalk until they eventually arrive (usually 30 minutes late). Needless to say, they just lost a customer that used their service twice a week, and they don't seem to care! I am not rude person, and consider myself a pleasant customer that always tips the driver. But that doesn’t seem to matter! Back to the airport for me!

I have traveled with this company before and, just like last time, our driver Scott Smith did his best to be accommodating and friendly with the passengers. The price seemed reasonable and the services were efficient and appropriate. My only issue would have to be that the buses are in need of cleaning and some reparations. Other than that, great service!
