As soon as we boarded the plane, we put our bags in the overhead compartment and took our seats. But there was chewed gum stuck on the armrest, so I politely asked if she could please remove it. Of course, she pretended not to hear me. I asked the flight attendant as well, and he didn’t even respond. Then, someone who works at the airport — from outside — came in and brought in people I know onto the plane. He started taking my bags down and replacing them with bags belonging to the people he knew. I told him not to move my bags, but he said, “They’re right behind.” The flight attendant came over and started raising her voice, saying, “What’s going on? What’s the problem if he puts them in the back?” I told her he should at least ask me if I’m okay with it before moving them — that’s basic manners. She then started saying, “He’s my colleague, and what do you mean he’s not polite? I won’t allow you to talk like that about a colleague,” and her voice was so loud the whole plane could hear. It was the first time I’d seen a flight attendant escalate a situation when she was clearly in the wrong. Connections and favoritism are alive and well in Jordan — even on a plane. I attached the flight attendant photo, maybe RJ will do something about it. Never again on RJ

Horrible Airline. I booked a flight directly from the RJ website and had a connection in O'hare. RJ completely disabled the ability for passengers to conduct the On-line check in and forced me to check in at the ticket counter twice. The connecting flight busses would not let any of the RJ passengers board because we had no boarding passes for the second leg of the trip. We had to exit the airport entirely through security then endure the extremely long lines at the ticketing counters even though none of the connecting flight passengers had luggage as they had been transferred automatically. Completely unnecessary, cumbersome, waste of time, tiring and made me regret ever having made a reservation with RJ. Last time I flew with them, they lost one of my bags. :( I will definitely explore other options. I would give lower than 1 star if that were an option!

It is very tricky to fly RJ airlines because what they advertise to low prices has nothing to do with booking with them when buying the tickets and worst of all the shocking charges at check-in. There are tens of options to fly other airlines besides RJ. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Bad airline RJ they changed my reservation without informing me the reasons At their location desk at O’Hara the guys and other said they do not care it is not their responsibility even do not care about their customers/passengers you will find their numbers at the desk out numbers the passengers with no duties performed to make the passengers trip more convenient, comfortable and enjoyable and rewarding. Their customers seem do not care and like that treatment they may have it cheaper because of their origin Jordan or Palestine I hope I will have safe trip

The attendents are very nice and work hard. The food is not good, the seats are not comfortable at all, the bathrooms are too dirty, and no more than one blanket per person even if you freezing.

Travelled from Dubai to Amman to Chicago. Good decent airlines and services on board good Arabic food and drinks. Drawback was no online check-in had to wait in Dubai airport few hours for check-in at counter and excessive security at international transfer in Amman. Generally there is no additional security check done for international transfers at other international airports.
