My experience with Risa Travel was excellent from day one. Mr. Fonseca not only showed his excellent customer service skills, but he uses his expertise and experience to meet and exceed his clients needs. My son and I just enjoyed a wonderful Scandinavian vacation with the help of Fonseca. He listened to what I wanted and helped me plan every detail perfectly. I will definitely travel with Risa Travel in the future, and definitely recommend their services.

Risa travel made our dream come true. Since the very beginning Rayza, the agent was so kind to help us booking our trip to Punta Cana. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RISA TRAVEL TO ANYONE! I just returned from Dreams of the East Europe and I am very disappointed with the travel agency and their guides, especially Ruslan Fonseca. First of all, we did not find out about our hotels until the day of departure at the MIA airport, second - we were a group of 20 people who are family and close friends, 2 Risa Travel guides did the same tour we did, but neither of them travelled with our group, we were left as orphans with no guide from the agency. The hotels were not what we were told, 4+ stars, only 1 was good, the rest were below 3 stars with no AC, poor quality food, needing maintenance, etc. Third - the included lunches and dinners were poor quality food, and since there were 2 groups from Risa Travel, we were always the outlaws who had no guide and arrived later to the restaurants, sometimes having to wait until the other group finished eating for us to eat. That’s UNACCEPTABLE because this trip was not Free, we paid for it like everyone else. - There were comments from travelers from the other group as: we are the VIP and laughing and making jokes. Ruslan Fonseca never came to us asking how were we doing, he hardly even say good morning to us, at least I did not crossed any words with him through the entire trip. One day, I had to call him because we were standing in front of the hotel at 8:15 am as we were supposed to, and we had no bus and no one to let us know what happened, he answered me that the bus was arriving within 5 minutes or so. Again, very disappointed at this whole situation. This is not my first trip to Europe, it is my first and last time with Risa Travel. Will NOT recommend to anyone to use them!!!

Just came back from a 10 day tour "Espana Fascinante" the company that Riza Travel serves as an Agent here in the US is Mapa Group or Mapa+ and we had a couple of good tour guides but we also had a couple the one taking us from Granada/Valencia to Barcelona - Aracelys and the Barcelona - local tour guide - Isabel (I believe that was her name) that were particularly rude. Aside from that the flyer is misleading, they did not offer all of the tours that are listed. The Flamenco Show in Sevilla was and there is no better way to put it BAD, In Sevilla we did not do the Cathedral nor the Giralda nor the boat ride on the river. There was no explanation given as to why these tours that according to the promotion were included were not offered nor was there a replacement to these that was offered either. The lunch they offered throughout the tour was mediocre. I cannot even compare the lunches to school lunches here in the US because those are better. Our group included some very elderly people and with all of the walking on steeped hills, uneven surfaces and long stretches in buses without any rest areas it was hard for even the younger folks. Our group had a young man with a kidney transplant and in more than 1 instance we had to insist the bus stopped so he and others could use the restroom. As I said it was not all bad and we saw some beautiful things and visited multiple cities but be careful because the offering is tempting but once you cross the pond and are in Spain you are in the hands of a company that you did not deal with and will most likely you will never do this trip again so they do not care what the outcome is they already made their money. If you ever do a tour, do not include the meals is not worth it, eat on your and you can find much better fair.

I traveled to Spain and France with Risa travel in May 2024. None of the tour leaders wore an identifiable shirt, or holding up a flag in order for all passengers to follow. When we arrived in Paris airport, after over 10 hours flying. It was a total disorganized arrival. The group left quickly to the hotel. Without making sure att persons that boarded from Madrid to Paris were accounted. I was left behind. I checked ith the airline counter rep. Asked where was the meeting spot for the tour group that just arrived? No answer. It took me 2 hours calling tge miami office to find out they couldn't do anything to help me. Very unpersonal approach tgey told me to get a taxi and go to the hotel. I paid $80 euros to have a taxi take me over 25 minutes away to tge hotel. Unacceptable! Not an apology or a Risa rep mployee contacted me to check if I've was safe or not . The only reason I paid the higher cost of a guided travel vacation. Was to be "guided" not left behind. Will never travel with Risa again.
