Called Rennert Travel. A lady answered said we are all working from home. Told her I could not remember my agent's name but that I had booked several trips with her and asked her if you could help me find her. She basically talked around everything even though I told her it was a woman and I wanted to book another trip. All she said well we have a lot of agents. Not helpful.

Been a few years. But better late than never. My wife and I used Rennert travel as we thought that they'd be the most professional service to provide us the best for my wife's first trip to Europe. Horrible mistake. From BEFORE we left. We had issues. We didn't get our itinerary until we got to the airport the day we were leaving. WTH? yes. She met us at the airport and handed it to us while we exited our cab. That was one of many red flags that we should have noticed before boarding. It went downhill from there. No one to pick us up in London. No one to pick us up in Munich. We were stranded on highway in a rental car and Rennerts response to me when I called for help. "You're being difficult " then she hung up on me. What? I'm stranded on a highway in Germany. Don't know the language. Don't know where we are . What? I'm being difficult? I can go on and on. But called the owner to maybe make this right. We ended up in small claims court. I asked for less than 50% of my money back. Owner shows up with her attorney. Who by the way KNEW THE JUDGE. As they exchanged pleasantries about wives and kids, (judge and her attorney) I was told that Rennert had no responsibility for all the issues on my trip. What? They are the travel agent that dropped the ball from the get go. What? No responsibility? So yes. I'd never ever recommend RENNERT TRAVEL unless you're maybe wanting the possibility of a same experience.
