Let me just say, they are amazing! We were concern about purchasing our Disneyland tickets due to Covid-19, so we called them to gather a bit of information. Although, it was super difficult to find information about out-of-State visitors going to the theme park since California opens up in June 15, the lady on the phone went above and beyond to help us. That’s when we realized, this business is no joke, the best. you got yourself a new loyal customer for travels!!

My husband and I travel overseas often and we always use Rawhide Travel. Ron, Diane and the whole staff are not just friendly but are also knowledgeable and reliable. They will go out of their way to help straighten out any travel issues that sometimes happen. Recently we booked two round-trip tickets to London, only discover a week later that I had forgotten that I changed my last name to my married name on my new passport. I called Ron when I discovered my mistake and I was a little stressed because I knew the tickets were nonrefundable. Ron and Diane were extremely understanding and promised to do thier best to make sure that we wouldn't have to purchase another ticket. I'll have to say that they really made our day when they called to tell us that after much phone wrangling with the airline they were able to get them to issue a new ticket at no extra cost to us.
