I would give zero stars If I could. Very unprofessional, rude, greedy, and unwilling to help. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! They charge the amount of one ticket if you want to change your ticket or cancel it. I've never seen any travel agency unprofessional as them. Use Air India website to book instead of using them. You'll save lot of money, and headache.

Purvi is very unprofessional in her work and she doesn’t complete the given work on time instead she keeps lieing everytime you ask her. She will give wrong information about the work status and most importantly she never files it but she will make you believe that she has did it on her end but the embassy is taking longer. The truth here is she has everything and nothing is processed. Be careful before giving her any important documents or visa work. It will be faster if you do it yourself or take help from someone who knows. She should be fired from here. Extremely ridiculous service offered by this travel agency.

Recent incident, we had given our passports to get OCI process being done but due to bunch of fool working there sent a parcel to 3rd party mail distribution that lost my bad's passport no one was ready to take responsibility for this stupidest mistake! I wish I had power to uproot this agency so no one else has to go through same process ever! They dont even deserved one star😡

Today visited Quick Travels Jersey City for Notary OCI documents of my infant. Actually One of my neighbour recommended Quick Travel. Staff is really cooperative and helpful. They guide me each and every thing about OCI themselves. I just went for Notary but they gave me information about OCI application and documents which was very helpful for me. I would like to suggest and recommend Quick Travels Jersey City.
