Me and my wife travelled Business class on Qatar airways ,for our vacation ,in March/April. We travelled on flight QR732 from DFW to Doha on 19March.And returned on flight QR729 on 17April from Doha to DFW. The flight attendants were very inattentive. They acted like we were bothering them .They hung in galleys and did not attend call lights. My dinner tray and dirty dishes were not picked up for nearly an hour. Even when I went to the galley and saw 5 or 6 flight attendants standing there, eating and chatting. I asked them to pick up my dirty dinner tray. They still didn't pick it up for 30 more minutes. The food was very horrible tasting. It was splashed on plates carelessly. It was in very small quantities. It just did not feel like Qatar airways Business Class food or service. Definitely it was a very third class service in Business class. I requested to be woken up after 8 hours( 16 hour flight) ,so I can eat and take medication with food. The flight attendants never woke me up. I woke up myself 3 hours before landing. Both the long haul flights ,going and coming back , were horrible flights. Pajamas were out DFW-DOH. And never offered pajamas from DOH-DFW flight. And we paid a lot of $$$$$ to get good service ,good food and good rest. Qatar airways need to reimburse us for these horrible flights and horrible experience. We travel a lot and definitely this was Not #1 Airline food or service. Shame on those flight attendants to tarnish Qatar airways Image . Shame ,shame, shame !

Overall had a very good flying experience, generally better than with US carriers. Minuses (mostly non-flight stuff): the gate/check-in agents were rather desultory, and the check-in process was prolonged (my check-in was very smooth, though). They also ask you to be ready to board one hour before the flight, but there is an extra waiting time there, too. Roll-aboard carry-ons have a smaller restriction than with most other airlines (19 inches maximum dimension). A330s may not have charging ports for you to use. Pluses: onboard service was excellent, and the flight attendants visibly made extra effort for the passengers—perhaps the best part. The food served on board was above average, too. In-flight entertainment was decent. Lavatories were decent.

I booked a Business Class ticket for my parents expecting a high standard of customer service, but the experience at DFW airport with Qatar Airways was extremely disappointing. The station manager, Mahir, was not only impolite but shockingly unprofessional. His attitude toward customers was dismissive and lacking even the most basic courtesy or management skills. For a premium airline, this level of service is unacceptable. I witnessed him treating multiple customers with the same disrespectful tone and lack of empathy, which reflects very poorly on the airline's brand. It’s especially frustrating given the premium price I paid for what should have been a seamless and respectful experience. I’ve flown with Emirates multiple times and can confidently say their staff is far more courteous, well-trained, and professional. This experience has left a very bad impression, and I will strongly reconsider booking with Qatar Airways in the future.

Horrible airline. Flight attendants with attitudes & catering to specific nationalities in the same economy class but ignoring others. Uncomfortable seats, food was ok but not great depending what you ordered. Wheelchair service was never at the gate waiting on me & i had to walk on a bad foot alot for long distances. Wifi on the plane never worked & my flight was over 14+ hours. Not fond of this airline ; would recommend another for their prices & lack of quality service. Not to mention they ruined my brand new checked in luggage i just bought. Whatever they had it transferred on stabbed holes thru the hard shell. Filed a claim for the damaged luggage and sent pictures and they had the nerve to reject it saying its normal wear and tear! Since when are two giant holes stabbed into a hardshell of a suitcase normal??!! I wouldnt recommend this airline nor will i fly with them again.

On my flight from Doha to Dallas on 4-22-25, the stewardess made me put my seat back up during meaks. No problem, i always do that. But she never had the kady in front of me do it. Although I only ordered water, my water slid on the tray and spilled because the lady in front was allowed to keep her seat reclined. The stewardess also did not collect my trash and when got her attention she took it, but looked aggravated I dont know why I was treated so differently but that may have been my last Qatar flight. The service on my kast 3 has been sub-par, but tiday was really bad

Always happy to travel in Qatar Airways. They serve good food, disciplined staffs. Flights are near and tidy, quite space we get even for economy class. Ohh, soon I'm going to travel again..
