One of the worst airline I have been on. First of all when we arrived to AMD airport we found out that two of our check in bags were missing. We reported that that our bags were missing. So we filled out the form. They said that it should come in a couple of days. When the bags arrived to our house, we opened them and found out some of our stuff was missing. We tried to call the Quatar Airways but no one answered. We tried so many times but everytime no one answered. Then when we were going back to Calgary we had another problem! They said that we had to empty our small food bag(it had our food in it). When we said no, they started being rude and disrespectful. They made us take everything out. The only reason we brought food from home was because we had a 18 hour hold in Chicago and they were giving us chicken in hindu meal. They did not even listen to us. We also had hindu meal as our food in the plane but they gave us chicken. Why is it called hindu meal when they give you chicken. In our region we are strictly not able to eat meal or egg. We can only eat veg. We tried to change our meal from airway two weeks before our flight back to Calgary. There was no opsion to change on the website. We messaged them but no one answered. I am never ever going back on Quatar Airlines ever AGAIN!!!!!!

One of the worst selections of food and beverages of any lounge I visited. Canned juices. The only breakfast food was instant oatmeal loaded with chemicals and sugar. If you like M&Ms and cheese crackers for breakfast, enjoy. There were a couple of sandwiches in a plastic container in the beverages cooler. What does it say when there are five options of conduct and one of oatmeal?

If you're thinking about flying with Qatar Airways, think twice. Once you book with them, get ready to get screwed. I'm currently stranded in Chicago after missing my international Qatar Airways connection—a round-trip I booked directly through their website. Their partner, American Airlines, caused a delay, and Qatar’s solution? Wait two full days for the next available flight. I spent several hours at the Chicago airport talking to American Airlines agents, gate staff, and anyone who might help—but no one from Qatar Airways was there. I had no one to speak to in person, and I had to rely completely on phone calls to get any kind of support. And their phone support was a disaster—slow, confusing, and totally unhelpful. Qatar told me there were no seats available on Turkish Airlines, even though they advertise them as a partner. But I called Turkish Airlines myself. Their agent told me they have two flights to my final destination and both have seats available. So while other airlines had options, Qatar refused to rebook me—not because there weren’t flights, but because they didn’t want to take responsibility or cover the cost. Their “solution” was the worst possible option: wait days, miss my plans, and accept it. I've spent hours on the phone and hours at the airport. I’ve been passed around, told conflicting things, and ultimately left to figure it out on my own. They completely ruined my vacation. This was my first time flying with Qatar Airways, and it will absolutely be my last. They talk about 5-star service, but if anything goes wrong, you're on your own. No one helps. No one cares. Qatar Airways may look good in ads, but when it counts, they fail. Customer service and passenger experience mean nothing to them. Once you book with Qatar Airways, you're on your own. Be ready to get screwed.

This airline has absolutely no sense of direction as to what they’re doing. The way they do business is completely comical. They will allow you to a purchase a flight and spend thousands of dollars and was never then any sort of notification of visa requirements required in the other countries visiting. I got to the airport after spending $230.00 on Ubers and cabs, and four suitcases for me to be told that I needed to be Syrian to enter, which is complete false information. I have entered 90 countries prior and you obtained the visa from the website as per the United States and Syrian government dictates on both of their website. The manager Yunice, made antisemitic comments after he asked me if I had any Israel, passports, and my passport, and he disappeared and left and sent out another representative named Rami to come deal with me. After I made a comment stating that I don’t believe in anti-somatic comments or any bigotry comments. Rani asked me to refer to the website to see the Visa requirements. I followed his exact instructions and their website. (Please see photo below) is completely busted. And he insisted that I download the Qatar app after they would not allow me to check in and stated that I was being extra difficult. All I was trying to do was check in. He told me that that’s why they have the Qatar app for situations like this. However, I followed as instructed, and even that didn’t work either, but they did allow me to make reservations without any sort of inclination as to what I would be walking into. I will be speaking to my lawyer regarding his antisemitic comments and the way that I was treated and supposedly a business class first class airline that they’re now telling me that even my ticket is nonrefundable, but they would not let me on the flight. Please stay away from this airline. Stay away from the headache. Complete and utter disgusted. I have more photos and proof that I infected not need to answer Qatar, especially since it was just a six hour layover and then enter into Syria not once, not the entire conversation. Did they ask me if I had a Syrian citizenship the only thing they kept asking me if I was Syrian or if I had ever been to Israel, these comments should never ever be allowed especially In the work place. I have more photos even if needed. I even have screenshots from the Syrian embassy and the American embassy stating you do not need a visa. Ive been to hundreds of countries that never once asked for a visa and expected me to have it at the airport. I do have a Jordanian passport that could’ve very well went home and bought it in but they were too busy and wanted so early , at they asked me to leave counter. I grabbed all my suitcases and rolled the trolley onto the train to the cab, waited half an hour for the cab, I was charged over 200.00 an Uber drivers and cabs. I got home last night, literally in tears because we have a family wedding that I would most likely miss and got on royal jordanian.com, booked and left the next day with absolutely zero hassle and no idiotic comments were made. I am truly disturbed and shocked at how cowardly the manager went to the back and didn’t come out to even apologize for explaining things to me. As you can see on their website, the page is still void. Rami told me that that’s a technical issue, so if you referred me to the app and the app doesn’t work how would I know what the regulations are?! We even opened the website on his phone and it also didn’t show. I will never never use this dad excuse if airline every again. So disgusted snd disturbed.

The whole pricing is a SCAM, customer service people have no understanding of a common sense put my chat with the agent here, for requesting a change on my inbound flight. Here is chat gpt analysis on the chat: 1. “One free change” sounds flexible The phrase is vague and gives the impression you can change either flight once for free. But in reality, it only applies to one segment total, not one per direction. 2. You paid more for flexibility You specifically bought the more expensive fare to allow changes. But then you’re still hit with a fee on one leg, and the “free change” is very limited. That defeats the purpose of paying more. 3. Inconsistent communication The agent’s explanation is confusing and contradictory — they say you get a free change “for the booking” but then imply it only applies to one flight (and only if it’s the inbound!). That’s misleading.
