We just traveled to Ireland for our first time. Jonathan at Purple Light Vacations planned our trip for us. It was beyond amazing! We had 5 adults, Jonathan planned a driver for each destination we were traveling to. It made our trip a “no stress” vacation. Each driver was highly qualified, punctual, and very polite. Jonathan also suggested and booked all our hotels which were absolutely fabulous! He also booked some of the attractions we went to, we never had to stand in a line for tickets!! We worked with Jonathan at Purple Light Vacations for a recent trip to Greece. He helped us book within intrepid for the tour. He helped us with booking hotels before and after our tour and sent us information on lots of things to do in our free time. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I can’t say enough about Jonathan and Purple light vacations!! I was looking for a travel agent to assist me in planning a vacation to Greece and I needed it done within about a month and a half. I called around to a few places after trying to do it on my own but because my work schedule is so hectic it was way too much. I got quite a few tongue lashings/sarcastic comments from other agents about waiting until the last minute and that I need to be more proactive in the future…until I found Jonathan at Purple Light. I’m going to be quite honest and confess that I have never really used a local travel agency for my travels abroad. Most of the companies I used were overseas. Although from my initial phone call, Jonathan was on board with no questions asked. Willing to help me plan a wonderful vacation for myself and my partner to the Greek islands as a birthday surprise. Purple Light is extremely easy to work with and perfect for anyone who doesn’t have the time to do research on reputable places and pricing. Purple Light does it all!!! To initiate the process, I paid a small PayPal fee and once that was received, I had many options via email the following morning. Jonathan asked what type of budget I was on, where I was traveling to and what other things I might be looking for. The emails that followed had all the options with links to their websites and all I had to do was email back my choices and everything was set into motion. I did not feel comfortable putting my credit card information on the email so Jonathan told me I could call it in and give it to him directly which I loved. I also made some specific changes to my trip AFTER they were booked. All I had to do was send Jonathan an email and the cancellation or modification was done immediately and I received confirmation. All of Jonathan‘s recommendations were spot on and we had the most amazing vacation. Every place was in a good location, had great amenities and the staff were extremely friendly. Jonathan even secured transportation and tours for us!!!I believe I received exceptional value, quality and above all impeccable customer service!! Jonathan’s accessibility, even while I was overseas, put the cherry on top!! I forgot to mention that when your trip is over, you actually receive your PayPal deposit back in the mail!! Please be advised that Jonathan will find you flights but advise’s you to book them yourself. If Purple light books your flights, there is a small fee, but if you are like me and constantly running around at the last minute…it won’t matter!! :) I will definitely use Purple light again and recommend the company to anybody looking for the perfect vacation . Not only to support private business, but because Jonathan really gives amazing customer service and cares about the quality of your vacation. While I was abroad, I received emails from him, making sure that everything was in order and that we made it to our destinations safely. You will never know how much I appreciate the assistance Jonathan!! You turned the last-minute trip into something that seemed like it had been planned a year in advance!!! Jonathan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He found me the best place for my bachelorette in Cabo and provided outstanding customer service throughout my whole experience with him. His advice was spot on and his knowledge/suggestions of the activities I was looking for in the area were super helpful. He even sent a thank you note which included a small gift after my trip was over, and that truly showed me that he has good business sense and character (both of which aren’t found often these days).
