The rooms are a little funny shaped with my window and curtain being broken so was a little funny on the security side. A window let people from the pool area stare right in. The views are good and next to a Calimax so that was good. The buffet seemed a little bland. It looked good but the whole place seemed like it needed a revamp. Most of the rooms are humid with broken fans offered to you. You didn't have a phone inside but wifi was good. Lots of stairs so no room for handicap, or at least I never seen near by. You would have to walk around the whole hotel. You can't reach the beach so you will have to swim in the pools.

I stayed here with my family and was very disappointed. The resort looked beautiful in the photos, but the reality was completely different. The room was tiny and had a strong odor that was hard to ignore. It was uncomfortably hot at night, and the only cooling option provided was a small fan, surprising for a place that markets itself as a resort. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, which made it difficult to charge our devices. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of hot water. I reported it to reception, and while the staff were kind and responsive, the maintenance technician couldn’t find the issue. Their solution was essentially to "wait it out," which was incredibly frustrating. Eventually, I had to take a cold shower at 2 a.m. This was a terrible experience overall. No matter how kind the staff were, the basic comforts weren’t there. I would never return and strongly recommend others look elsewhere for a more enjoyable and comfortable vacation.

Loved this place. Had the ocean view room with the A/C at an affordable rate for a wedding I attended. I put the do not disturb sign on the door, but they still checked to see if I needed anything that house keeping could provide. Loved that. Also went to eat lunch and breakfast both were good. All the staff were friendly. The convince store on site was great as well. They have upgraded the rooms based on the previous post I have seen. Would visit this place again.

0/5 stars - Disappointing Experience at Puerto Nuevo Baja Hotel and Villas* I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Puerto Nuevo Baja Hotel and Villas. While the accommodations were decent, the service was abysmal. One of our party members left an iPhone 16 on the dining table, and it was stolen. When we reported the incident to the staff, they were uncooperative and refused to review the security footage or provide any assistance. The lack of accountability and customer care was staggering. As guests, we expect a certain level of service and support, especially when something goes missing. The hotel's indifference to our situation was appalling. Unless they take steps to address these issues, I would not recommend Puerto Nuevo Baja Hotel and Villas to anyone.

Amazing Ocean views!!! Great to come with the little ones, they have two great pools and Jacuzzi. Bar besides the outdoor pool witch is great, drinks and food are delicious. Rooms are very clean and entertainment at night was fun.
