Whitney Sherman was a delight to work with - she gave us great suggestions for our family's short spring break trip to Zion National Park and quoted several travel insurance plans that were clear and concise. Her passion for travel shines through and she's a wealth of ideas and information. Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible experience! They've taken 4000+ out of my friends account when we only owed 1200 for our plane tickets. Were condescending to her and treated her like a child. Lied when we called again and said everything was taken care of but it hasn't been. We're literally paying these people to treat us like crap.

When I missed my connecting flight, I was told at the airport I couldn’t get out until the next day. I called the GR office and they were able to get me on the next flight out. Excellent to work with.
