First and last time I use protravel for booking trips. The resorts they found could easily be googled top resorts in what ever location. The claim to get 30% off but is a lie to trap you in. I calculated the cost from the resorts I stayed in and it would have been less. The most outrageous charge was there taxi service!! I only took 3 taxis totaling $1,150!! The airport to the first resort they charged me $350 (40 min away) second resort from first charged me another $350 and then from that resort to airport $450! That was outrageous just a solo traveler. I asked the resorts how much for transportation and it would have been around $450 for all 3! I got ripped off hard! Do not use them! Especially a female named Patty! I will stay away at all costs.
