This was my first trip to Jamaica. It was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. We stayed at the Moon Palace Resort in Ocho Rios. Our room had a stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. From there we could watch people walking or jogging in the sand along the shore and see exciting boat excursions. The pool area was well maintained with plenty of towels, lounges and umbrellas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The buffet was extensive with a wide variety of options to choose from for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There were also plenty of restaurants on site for dining pleasures. Moon Palace is truly a wonderful place for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. A shout out to our travel agent Prissi of Prissi Travels. She was responsive and communicated with our group before, during and after our journey. She performed her duties and responsibilities with excellence and professionalism. I highly recommend her services.
