Geraldine saved my family cruise! After having a terrible experience with another travel agency I reached out to Prestige Travel and spoke to Geraldine. Not only does she have the best customer service skills - she is also very knowledgeable about cruises and travel in general. She helped us avoid a HUGE problem with someone in our party who wanted to travel with an infant. She was able to custom book our large group, accommodating ALL of our needs - saved me hundreds of dollars and a massive amount of time. And she is wonderful to work with. Great with communication and follow up, reminders, helpful travel tips+++. I will never book another trip again with out her! For all of your travel needs, business or pleasure, individual or group - she is the person to work with! 10 stars!!!!!

Such an AWFUL experience with this company, the travel agent Tammy Smith was non responsive and terrible to work with. She cancelled our booking without speaking to us after we paid in full and told us there was nothing she could do about it even through she never spoke to us about cancelling. Her recommendation was to dispute it with my credit card if I wanted any money back. This company stole money from myself and two other people who booked with them and we have nothing to show for it but a huge bill. She won’t respond to us to help us with any sort of travel credit from her wrong doing. I called the company for support and never received a call back. This company seems like a scam just trying to steal money from people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could give no stars I would, they are an awful agency!

My husband and I could not be happier with Prestige Travel! They were always available and VERY happy to answer all our questions along the way, Cari is awesome!! When we needed them to check on things or make changes it was done in a very timely manner with the utmost kindness. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a few treats in our room during the cruise. I would highly recommend them and in the future we will use them again :)

My fiance and I were recently shopping around for the best price for a last minute trip to NYC. The first representative was extremely rude and sounded over-whelmed by the details. We were able to talk to another representative who seemed a lot nicer. We explained that we were shopping around for the best price and that if we would like to proceed we would call her the next day. We were able to find a cheaper rate through Travel Posh and decided to move forward. When the second representative from Prestige Travel called my fiance this morning he informed her that we had decided to go with another travel agency and the representative became extremely rude. I would NOT recommend Prestige Travel to anyone!

This is our second year using Prestige Travel. The entire team is great, but I had the pleasure of working directly with Scott. You know you are going to get excellent service as well as affordable prices when using Prestige. We just returned from a 7 day Norwegian Escape cruise and we had unlimited drinks and specialty dining. Our trip was absolutely amazing!! Scott, thanks for making our anniversary so special (again).
