Jay is very attentive to his guess. Im not proud, but i am a last minute person. I booked late evening 7.14.25, take off for Jamaica 7.15.25.Now im at the airport, For whatever reason, I could not get my c5 completed to enter Jamaica. It would not load. After almost over 1.5 hours, i gave up. I told Jay. He said he would do it. He was on the plane and completed it for me. I made a mad dash to the counter for my ticket, skipped everyone in TSA. Now I had a 15 minute walk. I RAN. Boarding was finishing up. I was sweating lol. I had the best time and met some great people. Jay, you are doing what you're called to do. I highly recommend him.

I sought out Jonathan's expertise in booking my first cruise. He was extremely knowledgeable and responded quickly. Any questions I had were answered (and there were a lot of them). We met virtually to go over all the details and emails were consistent, clear, informative, and professional. He reassured me that any issues I had while on vacation, he would be there to answer the call, even if it was 3am. He made good on his word! When I say all I had to do was pack for this trip, that was all I had to do. Everything was ready to go and compiled in an easy-to-read format. I am very type A, and he made me feel extremely safe.
