A friend gave me an extremely heavy table that had to be moved from her place to mine. Chester could not have been more efficient and courteous. He kept in contact and arrived and delivered on time. They (his helper) even helped me place it where I finally decided it looked best. My friend who had minimum contact with them called to praise me for finding Premium Movers. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

TREAD LIGHTY, this convo is a LONG READ but VERY Informative. I would like to share some conversations interaction with this company. I hope I don't get retaliation from this review but I thought people should know this before they book with this company. I was referred to this company from a realtor I trusted. I was intentionally told over the phone by Chris (himself) this move would cost me $200 per hour to move for 2 people including himself. I said great because I have older kids who can help with this move to SAVE ME TIME while I had other things I needed to do. I stated to Chris that I have items in the storage that I wanted to be moved and items at my current home that I would like to be moved. I also mentioned we had everything broken down so no need for extra, he said ok cool. Chris never explained how the movers or how his company operates on moving items such as "wrapping everything up". I would have understood, if this was explained to me in the beginning. Fast forward to the day of the move. I met the movers at the storage but NEVER met CHRIS. When I turnt around I saw another guy running up. So I asked, where is Chris because he told me there were only 2 of you guys including himself. They said he's not here (First Red Flag). They did not start until 830 because I left early and the start time was initially 8 am but since they were in the wrong parking location the whole time waiting on me and I was in the right location, that took time as well. I let them try and finish & I left within a couple minutes after leaving I called the movers within to explain something and I was told by the movers that they needed me to stay during the whole move. I explained that my fiance will be coming up there because I had things to handle. Let's make this clear, the movers were moving our items about 4 mins around the corner BEFORE I allowed them the permission to go to my current home for the second item's. When I noticed It took them about 3 hours to take everything out my storage, I decided to call Chris again but no answer, so I texted and stated that I'm deciding not to finish with this move to my current home because this should not have taken this long knowing I still have items to move. He never responded to my call nor my text. This was crazy because there were 2 sets of couches, 1 was a sectional broken down but easy to carry, small boxes, tots/bins and 2 table with chairs that my family & I broken down. It took my family less than 30 minutes to get everything in that storage without damaging my items. It took 3 hours for 3 people to get these same items out (Second Red FLAG). I strongly believe they were MILKING my time after that text was sent to Chris, who actually told me in our initial conversation I can stop this move at ANYTIME and won't be charged. Let's remind you the full 3 hours weren't up and I needed them to not move no further more. After bringing the items around the corner, I watched them go to the gas station thats a block in half from the storage unit for break (I was told I wouldn't be charged for) and than to my new home on that was right down the way. After another slowly 2 hours of unpacking while, (3rd RED FLAG) I stated that I wanted everything in the garage but they kept asking me where they wanted me to put items to kill time for the full 5 hours, and before I noticed now 5 hours went by. I asked for the price and I was priced at originally with their taxes $1438 but after asking why so high, John the mover explained that because it's 3 people and 5 hours. I told him it was supposed to be 2 people and my family. Moral of this story, record your conversation with this team. Take notes like I did, make sure you get a fair estimate & let them price you upfront and tell them how many hours because I felt I was cheated and robbed. I was quoted for $200 an hour for 2 locations. My current home is 8 mins away from my new home. But overly charged for 1 location and half the items that were mentioned. Please let this SINK IN!!! Stick with Uhaul, family and/or friends!!!!
