Planning a multi-stop trip to Europe takes a LOT of work, research (hotels!), and coordination. Even though it had been two years since I planned our last trip to Europe, I did not feel up to taking on that task again. Conveniently, someone referred Courtney to my husband at just the right time, and I jumped at the opportunity to have a complimentary call with her. Courtney helped simplify the process for me and did all of the planning based on the itinerary we had in mind. She booked the hotels, suggested numerous tours and activities, and hooked us up with train and airplane travel. It took so much work off my shoulders! One of the unique things Courtney coordinated for us was a special picnic to help celebrate our anniversary. My wife and I were able to do London, Paris, Mallorca, and Dublin and Courtney took care of the travel and hotels for each location and made it super easy for us to just enjoy the trip. She helped us plan the things we knew we wanted to do and offered countless others things to make sure we we're never bored on our adventure. I'm a world traveler who's always preferred to plan my own trips. Why pay an agency to do it when I do it all the time with ease? But after a whirlwind trip through Spain last year where I planned a beautiful, multi-city adventure for my multi-generational extended family but didn't enjoy it because I was too stressed making sure the trip ran smoothly and that everyone else was having a lovely time, I needed to re-evaluate how I was vacationing. We had a pretty complex itinerary that included a half dozen hotels; plane travel, a 7+ hour train ride; car rentals, car ferries, overnight cruises, etc...Not to mention we were traveling with a child and two older adults so there were a lot of different physical abilities and vacation preferences to accommodate. No matter the logistical or timing hurdles Courtney faced, she proved to be a magician with logistics, and wove together a beautiful adventure that was a great mix of fun activities and intentional meandering -- everything was perfectly paced. She even anticipated things we might want or need and added these helpful details or ideas to the itinerary before we even thought to ask for them. You can't get this from an AI assistant or from a less-experienced agent. I am just in awe of her travel planning abilities, I really am! Anywhooo, throughout the itinerary creation and booking process, Courtney's communication was clear and timely, and she always over-delivered. We never felt like our requests or questions -- even some that might have been a bit ridiculous ("which side of the train should my in-laws sit on to get the best view of the fjord?") -- weren't important; and Courtney often had a back-up plan (or several) in the event our initial hotel or planned stop or desired restaurant weren't going to work out in the exact way we hoped they would. Even on the trip she would check in with us to make sure we were ok, which we appreciated, and the app allowed us to send questions and chat through things that randomly came up (as things do when traveling!), so we always felt supported and in-the-loop with what was happening. I can say so many other wonderful things about Play Global and Courtney but I need to get on with my day and YOU need to get on with scheduling a consultation with her. Seriously, I do not regret spending the money to have Courtney on my trip-planning team. She absolutely enhanced our family vacation 1000%. Everyone had such a lovely time, and I felt very calm, relaxed, and in control of our day-to-day activities. A big part of this was because we had such a solid, thoughtful itinerary and Courtney's trip planning wizardry to support us. Highly recommend her to everyone! P.S.
