I worked with Emily to book our Jamaica vacation works a surprise engagement while there. Emily handled everything from start to finish, booked our excursions and kept us up-to-date on any changes to the itinerary. She was very detailed and gave us a breakdown of everything to be expected. We’re working with her again to plan next years vacation as well! My experience in booking our trip for my husband's birthday to multiple countries in Europe started great with Sarah. But when we got to the airport to leave, we realized the flight was booked for the next day! At the fault of our travel agent! She did arrange quickly for the mistake to be corrected and we made the flight! But her attitude was poor and she had a hard time accepting the blame. We hardly got an "I'm sorry" or anything else apology wise. While on the plane and looking up all of our hotels we noticed the "confirmed" hotels we agreed on were not booked and instead got hotels we never reviewed or heard of. Ended up not loving some of them. We had planned dinners and outings near the hotels we thought we were getting, and had to rearrange and research all over again. And then we realized the train she booked for us for a day trip was booked for the incorrect time coming home. What a mess. Of course we had a great time, but with all of these mistakes, it's doubtful we will be returning to this travel agency. I've learned my lesson to check and double check everything because verbal confirmation apparently doesn't mean too much here.

Worst travel agency I have ever worked with. Trying to book a trip and she just stops contacting us. I called and emailed and got nothing! Glad we didn't actually book the trip with them if they decide to just ignore us we could have had problems. Don't waste your time here. We had Glenda as an agent and like I said she just stopped contacting us out of nowhere. We ended up booking with a different agency and got the trip of our dreams. Update: president of the company called because of the review I left and continued to apologize about the treatment we received. He said it was not normal for this kind of treatment. Hopefully other people have had better experiences here and we would be willing to try again with a different agent of course.
