Well, leaving a review is always difficult when nothing has gone wrong, that's when you really find out if a company is a good one. So, so far I have received lots of information, lots of confirmation and I am embarking on my holiday this Sunday, which is when I'll find out if it was all a dream, or I really am about to have a holiday of a lifetime..... Based on my reservation all should go well.

Unfortunately I had double booked a cruise with P&O for February 2026 but I was put in touch with Customer Services and spoke to Richard August. Fortunately for me Richard proved to be excellent at solving the problem. After I explained he contacted P &O and found a very satisfactory solution. I could cancel one booking and reuse the deposit on another cruise for August 2027. At no point did I feel a fool as he was attentive, interested and identified a course of action which he worked through with an excellent result. If I make a mistake again( hopefully not) I only hope he is allocated to my case. It is difficult to even adequately praise Richard but to me he is a top fellow.

I’ve booked a number of cruises through Planet Cruise (or their related company, Iglu) and will continue to do so in the future. Not only do they offer good value for money but also all the advisors that have dealt with me have been extremely helpful. My latest booking was handled by Josie and she was very knowledgeable and was able to offer good and impartial advice.
