I originally came across Pink Pineapple as a destination wedding guest! Amber made everything so seamless for my booking that I decided to use Pink Pineapple for my own destination wedding! After a couple bicoastal phone meetings we narrowed down my options based on my personal style, wants and needs. Amber made the arrangements for my wedding planning entourage and I to make not one, but two site visits in Cancun. I did choose a brand new resort and that came with some planning challenges, I was an eager bride and they were still not fully open and weren’t 100% operating. Amber made arrangements to improve communication between the onsite wedding planner and I to assist me in all of my booking and planning needs. Once we got things moving, Amber laid out all my options for group bookings and it worked out great to just book the room block and closely manage it. We communicated well, we stayed organized and honestly I would say Amber went above and beyond to help me with all my questions and all my guests questions. Once all rooms were confirmed and paid, Amber continued to communicate little reminders and details which I so appreciated. The cherry on top, everyone who booked in our room block received a surprise gift along with printed travel documents about two weeks before the trip. Our wedding was perfect, it exceeded all my expectations and I couldn’t ask for a better all around experience.
