FALSE Advertisement from this company. Was offered a luggage add-on for a flight when purchasing. Was told AFTER I purchased the ticket that their is actually no luggage add-on. Don't sell something you can't! I'm NEVER coming here again. And definitely DO NOT recommend this travle agency. Paid $450 for what??!?!?

My mother reached out to Petry Travel Agency in an attempt to get information in regards to booking a trip to the Maldives. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, questioned if we knew the money that goes into booking a trip to the Maldives, didn’t seem interested in helping my mother out and she was told she would get options sent to her email. I was shocked at the treatment my mother received over the phone with this agency and decided to have my husband call and give them a second chance. He too received the SAME treatment my mother did, he was told if he knew how expensive these trips are, how expensive water bungalows are etc….. we hadn’t even given any details on what we were looking for, budget or anything in regards to the trip. The woman on the phone ended up saying she sent my mother options via email with the first bookings that appeared on her screen. No thought, time, or effort was put into helping us. All the woman knew was we were wanting a trip to the Maldives. So unprofessional! We were asked no questions about the trip we wanted. We are currently booking with another travel agency!

Words cannot explain the service and communication that this agency offers. Chris was amazing with everything, from follow-ups to reminders. Thank you for being our agent. Will definitely come here again. Paris was beautiful and the location of our hotel was perfect. Also recommend Disney Paris. Thanks again!!

Do not use Petry Travel Agency! I called earlier in the week to schedule an appt looking into travel to Europe. They said to just come in. I went in today and the elderly lady with long grey hair was absolutely rude. I let her know that we're looking at Scotland and possibly Ireland to vacation for 6-8 adults and asked for recommendations and she said we have to do the research and tell them what exactly we want to do there. Isn't that what a travel agency is for??? To provide insight, guidance, and recommendations for people who are new to a country? I'm unclear how someone so rude can be in the hospitality industry. We ended up calling Crystal Travel that wasn't too far away and met with Patti who was very helpful in guiding us through the process.
