Big rooms, easy to get to. Great games and love the cafe. Gift shop small but cute holiday stuff. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Need more parking in lit area.

We only walked through and went to the gift shop. Really wish casinos would go non smoking because it hits you when you walk through the door. Might as well be in an ashtray. We didn't want to stop and eat because the cigarette smell is everywhere on the casino floor. First time ever in the casino and we didn't gamble or stay at the hotel as we were just passing through.

Great customer service. I had an issue with a bill and a machine. And the lady that helped me out was kind and respectful. She traded my bill so I wouldn't have the same problem again.

Room bigger than I thought. Has a refrigerator, but no microwave. Water pressure good. Bed was comfortable. Front desk person tried her best to give me a good rate. No military discount.

I had a great time at Peppermill! The casino is clean, well-lit, and has a fun, lively vibe without being too loud or overwhelming. The staff was friendly and attentive from check-in to checkout. I really appreciated how quick and helpful the front desk and restaurant staff were.
