This place is so helpful. We were lost and made our way here (good luck on our part). Parked and instantly someone pulled up and helped get us to right place in airport. Then when we landed to go home they were there to pick us up to take us to our car. All the people we came in contact with was super nice and helpful. Our car was in there lot for 9 days and came back to it in same condition we left it. Super good price also. This is a good business. I would recommend for sure. They were so good to us!

The manager Marcia really loves what she does, I truly appreciate her and Norris for helping me with my tire. They truly turned my day around and didn’t hesitate to stop working on the lot and come help me. I enjoyed my trip with Park and ticket and will be coming back again next week for my trip to the Philippines.

Park ‘N Ticket made my travel stress-free! The shuttle arrived quickly, and the driver was friendly and helpful with my luggage. On my return Check-out and payment were easy, and the lot felt safe and well-maintained. I’ll definitely be using Park ‘N Ticket again for all my trips out of Atlanta. I hghly recommend their reliable and friendly service!

This place used to be my go to for ATL parking. Over the past few years we've started using on-prem park and ride as cost is usually cheaper. We recently had a trip and on-prem parking was full (not really, but they had the gates closed). We headed over to The Park Spot next as it is where my company has rates (they too were full unless you had a reservation). When Park 'N Ticket was open I pulled right in. It did take a minute or two for a shuttle to pick us up but it was 5am so we didn't think anything of it and went on about our trip. When we returned Sunday night to ATL, we waited over 40 minutes at Ground Transportation for the shuttle to arrive. There were 2+ shuttles of people waiting and only one bus showed. Thankfully we made it on the shuttle, but then had a line of cars to pay and exit the lot (assuming due to all the complaints about wait times). Ended up taking longer to get from the plane and out of the lot, than our flight home from Kansas City (1.5 hours). This place has now dropped to the bottom of my list for parking on future trips. The people were friendly and apologetic, but if conditions are bad enough for that many drivers to call out or quit there's a bigger problem underlying.

Fast and friendly service, the driver greated my wife and I ,assisted us with our bags and safely drove us to the Delta curbside. Thank you so much, we will definitely return in the future.
