Using Lisa Harrington from Paradise Travel for our trip to Hawaii was one of the best decisions I've ever made. She was so responsive and thorough. She thought things through and really looked out for every detail. Her customer service was OUTSTANDING! We give her 5 out of 5 stars and she will be the only travel agent I will ever use! We can't thank her enough for making our trip the best one we've ever been on.

My husband and I have been working with Lisa for years ! The attention to detail that she gives us and all of our friends that travel with us is SIMPLY AMAZING! Traveling out of the country can sometimes be very stressful but with Lisa that is never the case ! I not only send Lisa clients that travel with us but whenever anyone asks me who we use I give them Lisa’s name and not one person that I have recommended to Lisa has him unhappy ! I asked them for an estimate for a trip I was planning. In my email I said: "The plan is to fly from A to B on August, x and return from C to A on August, y." They replied to me with two almost automatic emails suggesting trips from A to C to A. I asked them to re-read my email more carefully and they answered me with a new semi-automatic email with a new trip from A to C to A. After telling them that I wanted an one-way from A to B and an one-way from C to A, they said that in no place in my original email I have said they were on way trips.... I am not a native speaker, but I think that my email was very understandable. Besides, the emails they sent me were always very little professional. I will never use them again...
