They are so slow. Took almost a month for me to complete what I needed. I called several times asking and the last time I called the lady gave me an attitude, saying it's a long process and they would call me when it was done. Another week passed, so I called again and another lady say oh this has been ready 🙄. The worst thing is that I'm sure they know these are time sensitive things..

My mom went and bought a ticket from them, they explained to her that the extra baggage will cost her $80, she even called before going to the airport to make sure that this was the case...when actually at the airport they told my mom no it will be $220 and when she called they were very unprofessional. Can not help out with anything and they ended up hanging up on her mid conversation... if you are need of a trip...do not call these people they are unprofessional and unhelpful...I do not recommend them...stay away!!!!

Best place to get your paperwork done if you are from Nicaragua. They take care of everything. You can even get your passport pics done. It's super affordavle and they work well with you. Highly recommend. If you are lucky you can request to have Carolina assistant you.
