I felt obliged to write a review because my experience with Ovago was so enjoyable. From beginning to end, everything went without a hitch. The user experience of their website is clear, simple to use, and shows all of the fare alternatives. I discovered a flight that was almost $100 less expensive than what I had previously seen! Customer service responded to my inquiry about baggage policy in a matter of minutes and provided a thorough explanation. I truly value their staff's professionalism and friendliness. Nowadays, it's uncommon to find both cheap and sincere care in one location, but Ovago genuinely provides both.

I tried to use ChatGPT agent mode to book me a flight for my wife and I to China. That did not work so well. I found the interface cumbersome and it was having difficulty finding the best prices. One thing it did though was put me onto Ovago. I went onto the Ovago website and starting booking my own flight. On the website was a banner suggesting that I call them to find better deals. I did call them. They did find me better deals, but meantime I thought that I had found an even better one. The customer service rep stuck with me on the phone while I booked it myself. Later, I discovered that the return flight I had booked had a very long layover in Shanghai AND we had to change airports in Shanghai. I called the next day and they helped me change my return flight to one with a shorter layover and no airport change at somewhat higher cost - about the same cost as the deal that they had first found for me. If I had listened to them the first time, I might have saved myself a bit of trouble. I recommend this website. They seem to have the best deals, at least on flights to China, and the customer service is very helpful. I had an issue with my payment method and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I am very impressed with Ovago.

The worst 3rd party airline travel company ever! I booked my international flight with the 3 months in advance; only for Ovago and Ethopian airlines to keep changing my flight. My flight has been pending for several months, yet my orignal flight is suppose to be within the next 2 1/2 weeks, yet there are still no flight updates. Save yourself the stress and headache and book directly with the airline..avoid them at all cost! Someone from their company also tried to get me to buy travelers insurance, and I told him my flight is pending..what would I be insuring exactly..the air?

Purchased tickets for family from Ovago 7 Nov 2024 through Ovago's online rep, Cara who was brilliant. The given scenario with Etihad, which I did not see elsewhere and actual travel were excellent. Ovago is strongly recommended.
