Do not recommend at all, Magaly who was “helping” us had no idea what she was doing and costed us $2,000 with her mistakes and instead of owning up to her mistakes she simply ghosted me and my wife. Thanks for nothing!

So me and my family got a flight to Hawaii, hotel room suite, and we had food apparently. Then when we got to the hotel and asked about our rooms they told us that they only had 2 rooms with no kitchen or anything. The worst part was that we still paid for the same price as if we were getting a suite. The person that we bought our tickets from was Magaly which she gave terrible service and was really unprofessional. I don’t recommend getting your tickets from this place.

Me and my boyfriend got a package all inclusive to Cancun and Magaly the lady who helps us was not professional at all, we asked her to get us a room with a hot tub and she said it had an extra cost so we said it was fine and paid the extra cost for the hot tub, when we got to the hotel it didn’t have no hot tub when we called her she said she was going to call us back and she never did she’s did fraud for charging us more.

They advertise that they have great prices on destinations to mexico and is all a lie.
