Karen found me and my group a great deal for our trip! She knew the right time to purchase and answered all of our questions. One of us had a passport issue and Karen knew exactly what to do. She worked had with hotel to get us a credit that the hotel took way too long to issue. She's great!

Not professional at all, whomever answers the calls is very rude and shouldn't be in customer service. I still have the recorded phone call from when I was searching for plane tickets a couple of months ago, and needless to say I would never call nor refer anyone to this travel agency.
