I have just called House of Travel looking to inquire about their guided tours to Europe, instead of getting any questions across the lady spent the first minute of the phone call inquiring about who I was and where I was from while she did not identify as a House of travel agent I double checked that I had the right number. I had asked her multiple times if I was speaking to a house of travel representative and the only thing that I had gotten in return was a hang up. very unprofessional, very weird experience would not recommend.

Professional agency! Highly recommended. We booked a trip to Riviera Maya with Ciprian in March 2024. He was very helpful, provided us with multiple 5 star resorts to choose from, with better deals we could find online by ourselves. He gave us lot of feedback about the resorts. All trip details were arranged in a professional manner by him, from booking to check in for flights, and private transfer from airport to the resort and back. All we had to do was to enjoy our vacation:)

We had a very pleasant collaboration with this travel agency. Each time we went on vacation they made everything very easy for us, took care of all the documents, check ins, etc. If we had issues with the resort, they intervened and dealt with the resort on our behalf. I would definitely recommend using them. It’s a family owned bussines and they actually travel in many places and resorts and they can recommend based on their own experience.
