Chris and the team and Newbert Travel & Cruise are absolutely amazing. Without going into a long story, Chris and team worked with us for a year or better to re-book a trip that I had to cancel initially. Chris was patient, unbelievably helpful, and thorough. Actually, patient doesn't even do it justice. She has the patience of a saint. I couldn't be more thankful. We finally did get to take our trip and everything was exactly as advertised. We don't live in Oregon any longer but Chris and Newberg Travel & Cruise will always be my first stop for all of our travel needs. I can't speak highly enough about them. Thank you, Chris and team!!

I had to cancel my return flight from Florida due to the illness of my sister. When needed to fly back home, Brian found me a great flight home on short notice and all went well! Thanks Brian. You and Newberg Travel rock!!

they do below the bare minimum, but if you’re looking to be totally lost and confused left with little to no help at all, they pretty much do good in that perspective. we simply just wanted to go to disney, have tickets, a hotel, and a rental car. not only did they wrongly price the car, not inform us of a security deposit at the hotel, they also essentially made us do all of the work when it came to connecting our tickets to an account and our reservations. both women made it extremely confusing and in hindsight if we just blindly let them do what was their job, we would have not had tickets that worked nor a hotel reservation. travel agents shouldn’t be any sort of problem, but there was so many times we would have been left stranded and out of almost over 1000 dollars. definitely don’t do their job correctly and you might as well do the travel package on your own instead of letting someone take your money and leave you confused.

Donna is terrific. I had a most wonderful flight and stay in Manila. She found me the best price and easiest flight pattern. Thank you Donna for such a great attention to my needs. I am returning to Manila in September and will definitely be using Newberg Travel and Cruise.

Brian was very helpful and patient with us as we have never used a travel agent before and were trying to figure out a companion ticket. I would definitely recommend.
