I had a terrible experience with Near Me Tours. I paid an advance of ₹2500 for a monthly pick-up and drop service, with a clear promise that services would start from 21st September. Not only did they fail to provide the service, but they also refused to refund my money. When I followed up, I was shocked to face threats from their staff/owner, who told me to “bring police” first, only then they would consider refunding. This level of harassment is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It has been over a week, despite multiple follow-ups and even escalating the matter by keeping the Consumer Court of Pune in CC in my email, there has been no response from their end. This is nothing short of fraud. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind – stay away from this company. Highly untrustworthy and unethical in their dealings.
