I had an extremely disappointing experience with NAT Travel and Tours, LLC. on Buford Highway. They completely forgot to rebook my request to stay longer in Vietnam despite having clear email communication about it. When confronted, they blamed me for the oversight, even though I had all the correspondence to prove otherwise. To make matters worse, they overcharged me $1800, which, fortunately, I got back within a week, but this should never have happened in the first place. Their lack of responsiveness to emails is frustrating and unprofessional. The final straw was when they placed my final destination in Houston, Texas, but told me to get off at the Atlanta airport. Their scammy tactics and poor customer service make them an unreliable choice for travel arrangements. I strongly advise against using their services.

Avoid doing business with this place! Its a scam! They will leave you stranded! Also they its hard to ever get in contact with the people that booked your ticket. No response to email or phone calls. All they care about is your money!

The staff could be a little more friendly and courteous when answering questions...they seemed bothered and just wanted to finish the sale. And they didn't know the latest Covid vaccine and test result requirements. Also, you can get lower prices online without paying the agent's fee and save money if you get your own visa.
