We've used Mouseketrips twice, with excellent results both times. They are very knowledgeable about Disney, quick to respond, and the service is free. Other agencies start asking for fees to do research where this agency already knows the answers and provides a service free to customers. Highly recommend to anyone planning a Disney vacation!
