We just had a great Alaskan cruise thanks to the expertise of Laura Murdoch through Columbus travel. We met her at the travel expo and I’m so glad we did.

Karen Johnson did an amazing job of handling our trip. She even went the extra mile when our flight got canceled at the last minute due to a labor strike with Alaska Airlines. I highly recommend her as a travel agent!

Worst experience ever! I travel a lot and this has been a disaster. Our agent Linda Wangsgaard continues to make excuses for any concern or issue we have. She spelled my name wrong with our cruise line and stated “just pretend like you don’t notice.” We had a huge group of aunts daughters and cousins going on a trip and chose to book with Morris Columbus to keep it streamlined, smooth and keep everyone together….. ALL flights are different, no one flew together. Our rooms on the ship are NOT even close to each other. She continues to blame Norwegian Cruise Line….. which is a bunch of garbage because I have booked rooms together before. For spending over $18,000 on a trip I am shocked at how disappointing, unaccommodating, and pathetic this has been. I have used agents from other companies previously and I have booked trips myself. I would never recommend Morris Columbus and/or Linda….. as a matter of fact I could guarantee you that I could book a better trip for you than what Linda could do and I’m not even a travel agent! I’m a registered nurse. Stay away from Morris! You’ve been warned!

It was so great to have Laura give us so many options of things we want might want to do to choose from. We had the greatest trip to Australia and enjoyed every minute of it.
