Just completed a 24 day land cruise in Spain and Portugal and can not say enough about our Travel advisor, Raylene, AND the company she worked with , “About Spain and Portugal” in this highly customized, luxurious trip through both countries! We have traveled quite a bit but this trip was the MOST organized, MOST detailed( sites, drivers, daily guides), and MOST comprehensive tour we have ever taken! There was NOT one “hitch” in the traveling throughout this time. I would highly recommend BOTH Rayleen Myers of Morris Columbus Travel AND the company “ About Spain and Portugal! Both are top rate agencies that SPOIL THE HECK out of you. Such service does come with a cost but THIS TRIP was truly worth it!!!!

I love working with Mae at Morris Columbus in Bountiful. She is so helpful and professional and gives us great guidance as we plan our trips. She is also very warm and friendly and I can tell she really cares about us and wants us to have the best vacation experiences possible. On one trip we ran into a few snags and Mae was right there to make everything right for us. Whenever we plan a trip, we know we want to have Mae help us because she remembers to think of everything and we always have a great experience both with her and on the trips she helps us plan.

Extremely disappointing experience with Morris Columbus Travel and their agent Linda Wangsgaard. My mother booked what was supposed to be a special trip with her sisters, their daughters, and my daughter. Budget was not a concern, we wanted a smooth, memorable experience. Unfortunately, that's not what we are getting. First, Linda booked us on completely different flights, with different airlines and departure/return times, splitting up our group unnecessarily. When my cousin called Linda, she was defensive before she even stated her concern. On the cruise, our rooms aren't even near each other. It’s baffling that no effort was made to keep us together, especially when this was clearly a family trip. Worse still, my sister’s name was spelled wrong on the reservation. When she brought it up, Linda’s told her to pretend that she didn't see it. That kind of attitude is not just unprofessional; it could have caused serious issues with boarding or ID checks. With all the money and trust we placed in this agency, we expected attention to detail and basic customer service. We received neither. I would absolutely not recommend Morris Columbus Travel or Linda Wangsgaard to anyone planning a trip.

Shaylee Smith arranged and booked our trip to Hana, Maui recently, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and the timing of flights worked perfectly for us The Hana Maui resort grounds are beautiful. We highly recommend Shaylee and Columbus/Morris Travel for your Hawaii experience.

I have booked several vacations with Jodee Bosen and everything has been perfect. She is very easy to deal with, gives you lots of options and prices, and picks the absolute best places.
