While I appreciate the support provided by the customer care team — they are patient and helpful in assisting with deals — I would like to raise some concerns regarding the payment and documentation process. 1. Credit Card and ID Policy: The requirement to send a picture of one’s credit card and Canadian driver’s license is not a secure or customer-friendly policy. It raises serious concerns about data privacy and safety. 2. Split Payments: The practice of splitting payments into two or more transactions creates complications, especially when customers wish to convert the full amount into EMI through their bank. Managing multiple transactions adds unnecessary hassle. 3. Lack of Transparency on Statements: The credit card statement does not reflect “Mintfares” but instead shows the airline or another vendor name. This makes it very difficult for customers to identify the charge, and it becomes challenging to dispute any issues either with the airline or the payment processor due to the intermediary setup. I hope Mintfares can look into these concerns and improve the transparency, safety, and convenience of their payment procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

I recently tried to change my travel dates with Mintfares and requested a price for two people. Initially, I was told that I was allowed two free date changes with no penalty. However, when I informed them that I needed the change urgently, they attempted to charge me $500, hoping I wouldn’t remember the free date change policy. This is unfair business practice, and it felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. When I confronted them, they claimed it was a mistake by another person. Luckily, I have screenshots of the chat where they tried to do this. It makes me wonder: What if it were elderly people or others unaware of their rights? Who knows how many customers they might be overcharging every day like this? Please, if you are dealing with Mintfares, make sure you know exactly what you are allowed and stay vigilant. They might try to slip in extra charges when they think you're not paying attention.

I have booked a ticket from them(agent: Prince) and I got to know it later that they have charged 15-20% more for the same itinerary than the market. And refused to cancel the ticket within 24 hours window or reimburse the difference. Not trustworthy. Not going to use their services aver again. Pathetic customer service
