We booked two family trips with Denise McLean this year and she went above and beyond for us. Our first trip fell through and Denise assisted us to process a full reimbursement with the travel insurance company. With our reimbursement, we were able to plan a different trip to Barcelo Maya, Mexico, an all-inclusive resort. This resort was fun and our family had a blast! It was family-friendly, safe, and Denise’s details and advice helped us to have a great time. Winter weather issues were impacting our flights out, but Denise worked to a book new flights and a hotel so we could get out ahead of the storm. Our return flight out of Cancun was cancelled and Denise was quickly available to rebook our flights and hotel to get us back in the US and traveling home. She was an immense help to plan our trip and for all the travel hiccups along the way! Highly recommend utilizing a travel agent for the travel advice, planning, peace of mind, and any problem solving that may come along.
