Minutes after submitting a claim online in reference to my CPAP, I was notified through email my item was located. I definitely was not expecting such good news and it was a huge relief. Picked up the item today. Outstanding job by everyone involved to recover my medical device. Thank you ๐

Left my iPad charging and realized it when I was boarding the plane. Submitted a claim 20min after and received a confirmation 2 days later. By day 4 I received shipping information. My iPad was well packaged and secure. Well done team!!!

This place is awful, itโs almost like no one works at this place and Iโm personally disappointed and disgusted by that. I expect more from this establishment! No one answered my call and the workers at the airport donโt even know where the lost and found is. If you lost something you have better luck at winning the lottery! This place is completely unprofessional . 0/10

I had an outstanding experience with the Miami International Airport Lost and Found and Customer Service team! After losing an untagged checked bag from Viva Aerobus, I reached out for help. Ofelia Ferreiro went above and beyond to coordinate the search, keeping me updated with professionalism and care. Thanks to the hard work of Mr. Zuriarrain, Terminal Supervisor, and Concha Gillen, Airport Special, my bag was successfully located! Their dedication and effort made all the difference. Great service! I forgot my Gucci belt at Tsa. As soon as I filed the claim online, they found it. Just one thing: it is hard to find the Lost and Found office. Go to arrivals, between door 3 and 4 there is an elevator, go to the 3rd floor and then take the escalator to Lost and Found. Thanks!
