We had a 10/10 experience with Daniel as our travel agent from MI Boleto Travel. For the last 2 years we've been working with Daniel to plan a mother daughter (13 years old) trip to the Paris 2024 Olymics. Our daughter loves soccer so we were trying to see as much of Team USA soccer as possible. Our trip included Chicago to Paris, to Nice, to Marseille, to Paris, to Lyon, to Paris, to Lyon, To Paris! 16 days of complicated travel and every detail was flawless. We took flights, trains, ubers, metro...etc - all with advice and support from Daniel. Daniel provided Splurge, Recommendation and alternative options on hotels that really helped us narrow down all of the accommodations. Initially, Daniel asked if we wanted to do a hotel in Paris or Airbnb/VRBO. He recommended an Air BNB and I chose hotel...for the next trip, I will definitely chose an Airbnb/VRBO. Beto, I just wanted to say thank you for arranging our surprise birthday trip to Memphis with Mary; it went very well, and we all had a GREAT TIME! The hotel was nice, as was the staff, and the surprise of the full breakfasts that were available, and we took advantage of! After we arrived tired and hungry; our flight was delayed to Memphis for almost 1hour due to the need to fix the plane somehow, we ate at the Cocina Mexicana Restaurant, which was right across the street from the hotel, and the food was DELICIOUS, and inexpensive to boot! The atmosphere was all about the people watching because they had a bar attached to the restaurant, which featured hip-hop, and R&B music, and the patrons were something else; it was whole show just watching the people come & go into the bar! We had a pitcher of margaritas, great food, and had a funky, good time! We were surprised with 6 extra bags of chips, and 3 containers of salsa after we expressed our delight with the taste of both from our waiter; he was so NICE! We laughed, and enjoyed ourselves so much, and met the nicest people who upon learning it was Mary’s Bday, they all wished her a happy birthday, and just made her feel so special; it was such a joy to watch her face light-up, and be so happy to be recognized!!!!! Thanks again Beto for all of your assistance with this trip, if & when I/we plan another trip, I’m contacting you again!
